Position: Child Care Floater
Location: Sylvania Childrens Center
Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible scheduling available)

• Support classrooms across various age groups (infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-K) as needed
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and staff
• Assist in implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
• Be ready to jump in where needed — every day will bring something new!

• A genuine love for working with children and supporting their growth
• Flexibility to adapt to different classrooms and schedules
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Previous child care experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements (including background checks and medical forms)
