Senior Commercial Flooring Estimator – Lincoln/Omaha

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

Are you an experienced and successful commercial flooring estimator? Would you be interested in relocating (if necessary) for the right opportunity? We are looking for a senior estimator with experience estimating and bidding large commercial flooring projects. This is a full‑time position for a locally owned company with a large presence in both Lincoln and Omaha, offering a competitive base salary, lucrative bonus plan, and excellent benefits.

• Estimate and bid large commercial flooring projects.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for commercial flooring installations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project scopes.
• Assist in value engineering and cost savings initiatives.

• At least five years of experience in commercial flooring estimation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation methods.
• Excellent analytical and estimation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
