We are looking for a Construction Coordinator to join our team in a fast‑paced work environment. In this on‑site role you will oversee roof installations until the job is complete, ensuring all construction sites are properly managed and the customer experience meets our 5‑star standard.

• Travel to and from the office to job sites throughout the week
• Oversee all construction sites in the designated territory to ensure operations meet company standards
• Review quality control protocols to ensure all job sites are compliant
• Communicate effectively with the installation team at all job sites (observe field measurements, schedule with strict deadlines, take appropriate work‑site photos, etc.)
• Prepare construction progress reports for management (budget, safety, and quality control)
• Supply job sites with additional materials as needed

• Prior experience in construction/roofing
• Comfortable walking on roofs as high as two stories and as steep as 12/12 pitch
• Excellent communication and strong organization skills
• Efficient at taking quality photos and strong computer skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and solid estimating knowledge
• Best‑in‑class customer relations skills/techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Spanish speaking is a plus
