Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week

In-person (strictly on-site)

• Plan and execute a variety of events from conception to completion.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and preferences for events.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for events effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee event logistics, including transportation, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
• Create event schedules and timelines for all stakeholders involved.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
