Job Summary: The goal of this position is to grow our company through graphic design. Your role is to support the efforts of our lead graphic designer with infographics, presentation decks, brochures, ads, and logos within existing branding guidelines to sustain our leading edge in the marketplace.

Minimum Requirements:
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated
- Must have degree in graphic design – Associate or Bachelor’s
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer role – either corporate or freelance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Expertise in Adobe design suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experienced Mac platform user
- Skilled in branding including logo design.
- Working knowledge of production skills (print/paper manufacturing is a plus)
- Experience in A/E/C industry is a plus.
- Collaborates well and expresses ideas in a professional manner.
- Takes constructive feedback well and expects multiple iterations on each project.
