The opportunityAs a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and nothing has been missed.
Throughout the day you assist customers with Wi‑Fi changes, package pickups, room directions, projector set‑ups, and invoicing. You manage the service portal, maintain accurate invoices, and provide coffee breaks.
You collaborate with the Community Manager on networking events, create e‑invitations, print posters, and promote the space to prospects.
At closing, you help wrap up meetings, direct guests to nearby restaurants, and tidy the center.
About youWe’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You also need to be:
- A good communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience)
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations
- Experienced and confident using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
