About the Role:

As a physician at UTMC, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide ongoing support throughout the patient care continuum.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare. Ultimately, your expertise and compassionate approach will significantly impact the health and well-being of the community we serve.

Minimum Qualifications
  • MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Ohio.
  • Completion of residency training in a relevant specialty.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Experience in a clinical setting with a diverse patient population.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate, monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
