Balanced Professional Lifestyle:

• Tailor your schedule with a flexible 4 or 5-day work week, allocating 36 hours to clinical duties and dedicating 4 hours to administrative responsibilities weekly.
• Maintain a steady workday from 8 am to 5 pm, fostering a balanced and structured professional environment.
• Focus exclusively on outpatient care, without hospital responsibilities.

Patient-Centric Practice:

• Leverage EPIC EMR and offer Telehealth through MyChart, integrating technology for efficient and patient-focused healthcare delivery.
• Engage with a diverse patient population, managing an average of 22-25 patients per day across various age groups.
