Faculty Physician Opportunity | A Balanced Role in Patient Care and Teaching

Mercy Health is looking for a Family Medicine faculty physician who feels at home in both patient care and mentoring. At Lighthouse Way Family Medicine, you'll step into a role that blends private outpatient practice with active involvement in the Family Medicine Residency Program. You'll be part of a team that values relationships—with patients, learners, and each other—and supports a truly collaborative teaching environment.

• Split your time between precepting residents and seeing your own patients (1-1.5 days/week)
• Round on the inpatient service every 4-6 weeks (Thursday to Thursday)
• Contribute to the academic life of the program through didactics, lectures, recruitment, and mentoring
• Serve on residency committees (CCC, PEC)
• Join a consistent call rotation, thoughtfully scheduled in advance and easily traded as needed

You'll be credentialed at Mercy Health - Perrysburg Hospital and other Toledo Metro facilities, and supported with time protected for education and program responsibilities. This is a full core faculty position, with opportunity to grow into leadership and help shape a long-standing, stable residency program.
