General Radiologist

Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking a dedicated full-time partner radiologist to join their growing practice in Toledo, OH. Generalists and all subspecialists are encouraged to apply for this collaborative role supporting outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medicine settings. The position offers location flexibility, leadership opportunities, and a strong compensation package.

Practice Info

• Supports 7 health systems, 25+ hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers
• Physician-owned and physician-led practice
• Operates an internal 24/7 Results Communication Center support team, CORE (Center of Radiology Excellence), to coordinate care and clinical contact
• Location flexibility

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
• Read general radiology for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medicine
• Grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice

Compensation

• $570K+ starting annual compensation (inclusive of 401K profit sharing contribution)
• $50K Sign on bonus
• $150K commencement bonus
• $25K retention bonus
• Salary range of $447K-$1M
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• Substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with partner compensation averaging $800K annually

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• 1-year partnership track (includes Radiology Partners equity)
• Partner total shifts: 200 inclusive of 20 evenings and 20 weekend shifts (10 total weekends)

Qualifications

• Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of Ohio
• Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
• Capable of reading general diagnostic imaging and maintaining a desire to work in a collaborative environment with local referring physicians
