Medical Director (MD/DO) for our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Facility in Toledo, OH
Compensation: $190,000 - $260,000 Annual Salary (full-time basis; full-time or part-time available). Benefits:

We are seeking an experienced physician to serve as Medical Director for our skilled nursing facility in Toledo, OH. This role is flexible: you can build your own hours and choose full-time or part-time. Are you passionate about making a difference in others' lives? Responsibilities- Provide medical oversight and clinical leadership for the facility
- Round on residents and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Mentor and collaborate with the nurse practitioner and nursing teams
- Support quality measures and regulatory compliance
- Active Ohio medical license (MD or DO) and active DEA
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
- Prior medical director or physician leadership experience a plus
Compensation:
$190,000-$260,000 per year
