Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM (On-Site Only)

This is your opportunity to step into a dual role as Campus Dean/Director of Nursing at a growing Ohio campus, where you’ll guide students, mentor faculty, and ensure program excellence in a supportive and student-centered environment.

What You’ll DoAs the Campus Dean/Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee the academic operations of our nursing programs (Practical Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, and, where applicable, Bachelor of Science in Nursing). You’ll ensure students receive the highest quality education while supporting faculty and driving program growth.
- Directing and managing academic operations for all nursing programs at the campus
- Mentoring, supervising, and evaluating faculty to maintain teaching excellence
- Developing and executing faculty schedules and staffing plans
- Leading program compliance, accreditation, and curriculum standards
- Collaborating with the Campus Director on admissions, student records, and operational success
- Building and maintaining clinical site partnerships to meet enrollment needs
- Facilitating faculty meetings, advisory boards, and accreditation visits
- Serving as the key academic leader for more than 500 students at this campus
This role is highly administrative and leadership-focused — with no teaching responsibilities.

Purpose:
Lead a dedicated team of educators and influence the careers of hundreds of future nurses
- Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
- At least 5 years of nursing practice as an RN
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a professional nursing program
- Previous leadership/managerial experience required
- Strong knowledge of LPN vs. RN role differentiation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex issues and foster a collaborative academic culture
