✨ Your Role:Infant Teacher
As an Infant Teacher, you’ll provide consistent, responsive, and nurturing care to our youngest learners. You’ll support each child’s development through intentional interactions — from tummy time to first steps — while fostering a sense of security and belonging.
You’ll also partner closely with families, honoring their role as their child’s first teacher and keeping communication warm, open, and consistent.
💼 What You’ll Do- Build trusting, loving relationships with each infant in your care
- Create a calm, predictable environment that supports exploration and emotional security
- Plan simple, sensory‑rich activities that stimulate early development and curiosity
- Support infants’ routines — feeding, diapering, and rest — with care, patience, and respect
- Communicate daily with families through notes, photos, and warm updates
- Observe and document growth and milestones in alignment with developmental best practices
- Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership to ensure a safe, consistent, and joyful classroom
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field (or actively pursuing)
- Prior experience in an infant or early childhood classroom preferred
- A calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving practices
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate classroom presence
- Consistency in routines that help infants feel secure and cared for
- Observant, detail‑oriented approach to each child’s developmental needs
- Collaboration and open communication with your teaching team and families
- Commitment to ongoing growth and professional excellence
