The Department of Economics invites applications for a lecturer position beginning Fall 2026. The lecturer is expected to teach a mix of face-to-face and online courses during the Fall and Spring semesters. The successful candidate shall have a background in Economics or related field and shall teach principles of macroeconomics and microeconomics and upper-level undergraduate economics courses. The specific assignment of upper-level courses shall depend on department needs in intermediate economic theory, applied economics, econometrics, and the candidate's training and teaching experience.

• Teach a mix of face-to-face and online courses during Fall and Spring semesters.
• Teach principles of macroeconomics and microeconomics, as well as upper-level undergraduate economics courses.
• Take on upper-level course assignments based on department needs in intermediate economic theory, applied economics, econometrics, and the candidate's teaching experience.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and mentor students as appropriate.

• MA in Economics or related field.
• Capacity for high-quality instruction and a commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring.

• Teaching experience beyond the principles level is preferred.
