* 4. Manage a classroom, including organizing and presenting material, designing lessons an activities that will facilitate student learning, and monitoring student behavior and performance.
* 5. Follow instructions and meet deadlines.
* 6. Recognize students’ strengths and weaknesses in the discipline and to provide feedback to students in such a way as to facilitate their learning.
* 7. Evaluate student work fairly using Department guidelines.
This position requires classroom and/or online instruction in the discipline. The instructor must be knowledgeable in the discipline and must provide high-quality instruction. The instructor must have a demonstrated knowledge of and integration of appropriate practices of teaching to different learning styles.

1. Attends Department and School meetings as necessary.
3. Participates in student learning assessment activities.
4. Performs other departmental duties, as assigned.
