• Lead daily operations with positivity, purpose, and professionalism
• Support and inspire your teaching team to deliver top-quality learning experiences
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
• Oversee curriculum, compliance, and center excellence
• Manage budgets, schedules, and all the details that make the magic happen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
• 2+ years of leadership experience in childcare or preschool management
• Strong understanding of child development, curriculum, and licensing standards
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
