We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer to lead strategic reliability initiatives across our Customer Manufacturing site. This role will focus on enhancing equipment and process performance through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Root cause analysis, FMEA, and data analytics are essential for this role. Risk Management, and Lifecycle Asset Management skills are a must to ensure decisions are data driven.
The Maintenance Reliability Engineer must have very strong engineering background and excellent communication skills, must collaborate with the entire Customer site.
- Develop and implement predictive/preventive maintenance programs (mechanical & electrical).
- Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations for equipment and systems.
- Establish and standardize maintenance processes and reliability initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve equipment/process reliability.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem identification of Maintenance activities and process/production equipment.
- Provide leadership and guidance for establishing and maintaining Maintenance processes, process development, and implementation.
- Assist and or lead capital project initiatives for Maintenance or business units.
- Support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to Maintenance Excellence initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred).
- Experience:
- 5+ years in industrial mechanical equipment.
- Strong background in industrial electrical systems.
- 5+ years working with CMMS systems and predictive/preventive maintenance.
- Certifications (Preferred): CRE, CMRP, or PE License.
- Technical
Skills: - Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Risk Management, Lifecycle Asset Management.
- Strong data analytics and communication skills.
