Must‑Have- Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
- Proficiency in HMI development (Factory Talk View, WinCC, etc.).
- Experience with Ignition SCADA platform.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Kepware and OPC protocols.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the U.S.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manufacturing domain experience.
- Knowledge of scripting languages used in Ignition (Python, JavaScript).
- Strong issue‑solving and analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Allen Bradley (RSLogix 500, RSLogix/Studio 5000, CCW) and Siemens (TIA Portal/S7/SIMATIC 505) platforms.
- Understand technical and operational constraints to create project development and commissioning plans.
- Configure and manage Kepware for OPC communication between devices and systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data logging, reporting, and system integration.
- Clear understanding of back‑end computing infrastructure used in manufacturing (compute hardware, virtualization, OS’s, networking, databases, etc.) is a plus.
- Interact with the client for requirement analysis, enhancement, and support.
- Perform on‑site commissioning, troubleshooting, and support at customer locations across the U.S.
- Maintain documentation for system architecture, code, and configurations.
