Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer, Technical to provide expert engineering support for complex refinery process units. In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage technical projects, and implement solutions to enhance operational safety, reliability, and efficiency. Reporting to the Lead Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing our engineering standards and optimizing refinery performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide process engineering expertise for high-complexity refinery process units.
  • Develop and manage technical projects to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Conduct daily troubleshooting and yield optimization for refinery operations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and participate in process safety programs.
  • Manage small projects, including budget and schedule control.
  • Support incident investigations and act as a lead investigator when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with refinery experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of catalyst technology, process optimization, and economic evaluations.
  • Experience with project management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and safety compliance.
