We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Reliability team at a refinery facility located in Oregon, OH. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability and performance of medium- to high-voltage switch gear systems, troubleshooting complex electrical systems, and supporting the refinery's operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in switch gear and medium- to high-voltage electrical systems, combined with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Troubleshoot and maintain medium- to high-voltage (MV/HV) switch gear systems.
• Lead incident investigations, including root cause failure analysis, and present findings.
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance procedures for electrical systems.
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM) Programs and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage planned shutdown scopes of work and support Client TDC systems.
• Collaborate with business teams to enhance unit performance and address technical challenges.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a refinery or industrial setting.
• Expertise in medium- to high-voltage switch gear systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Experience with Client TDC systems and PSM programs.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex technical assignments
