* Lead with Impact:
Champion a safety-first culture and guide multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-profile projects.

Tackle technical challenges in landfill design, permitting, and construction with creativity and expertise.# # What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (advanced degrees a plus)
* 10+ years of experience in civil and waste management projects
* Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio
* Proven success managing large-scale projects, site development, permitting, and QA/QC
* Deep expertise in landfill and waste management engineering
* Strong knowledge of RCRA, Subtitle C & D regulations

** Salary Range:
** The starting salary for this position is $125,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
