• This position would be the lead responsible for maintaining the plant layout and carrier designs in 3d.
• Familiarity with Client assembly project standards are required.
• This person should be a self-starter and be capable of making accurate field observations, measurements and converting information supplied from other vendors into the overall composite plant layout.

• Maintain integration of supplier provided 3d drawings and integrate into a plant layout using scanned point cloud data to identify interferences and safety clearance concerns.
• Oversee timely and organized submission of all 3d CAD drawings on the ACC provided to Client by suppliers.
• Design in 3d carriers and conveyor equipment as required for program review.
• Report to the Client Project Manager.

• 5+ years of 3d CAD design in automotive manufacturing applications.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of all conveyor and automotive product carrier design.
• Must demonstrate experience with utilizing 3d point cloud environments in a design workflow.
