Support the launch of new vehicle models at the Toledo, OH assembly plant, working closely with the Manufacturing Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer.

Pay Range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Location: Toledo, OH

• Maintain and continuously improve live program dashboards visible round the clock in the program room.
• Establish, maintain, and improve connectivity to multiple data sources.
• Produce meaningful and easily understandable data visualizations traceable to the data sources.
• Maintain and continually improve visual scorecards and dashboards to make progress visible and easily understandable.
• Provide on‑demand ad‑hoc reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Familiarity with the vehicle manufacturing process.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a tenacious approach to drive issues to closure.
• Natural curiosity to understand the causes of issues and learn from past experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, relationship‑building skills, and public‑speaking ability.

• Automotive plant experience.
• Experience with formal problem‑solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Project management training or experience.
