Overview

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Co-op - Spring 2026 to join our team in Toledo, OH or Nashville, TN
. This is a full-time Spring Co-op rotation onsite role requiring daily presence at our Toledo or Nashville office.
Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position.

Salary range: $19-$23 per hour depending on year in school.

Location:

Toledo, OH or Nashville, TN (onsite only).

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

• Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee. Receives specific and detailed instruction.
• Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study.
• Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Valid driver s license required. May be waived for international assignments.

• Current enrollment in a two or four year college degree program.
• Second or third academic year preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
