As the Design Engineer
, you’ll lead high‑profile projects, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and play a key role in driving engineering efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to be hands‑on in both design and problem‑solving, while also influencing broader company processes and direction.

• Project Timeliness – Ensure all project milestones are met, from concept to design reviews, working within tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in a smaller, fast‑paced plant environment.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing, tool and die, or high‑pressure die casting.
• Proficiency in CAD, Siemens NX, Catia.
• Hands‑on
