• Prepare escrow transactions for closing.
• Ensure all documents are complete and signed.
• Explain provisions and procedures to clients.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and enforce adherence.
• Ensure escrow transactions are sufficiently funded and balanced.
• Coordinate signing appointments.
• Prepare filing documents for recording.
• Engage in other activities and special projects as may be assigned.

• A minimum of 1‑year experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Notary commission.
