Summary

EIDI Properties is a leading commercial real estate management company dedicated to providing exceptional property management services across the eastern seaboard, including Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Virginia, Florida & Indiana. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, directly supporting our mission of delivering outstanding service in the commercial real estate sector.

• Oversee and manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage year‑end CAM reconciliations for commercial properties.
• Assist in monitoring and processing rent receivable, collaborating with accounts receivable and the management team.
• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and lender reporting requirements.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting best practices.
• Assist in system improvements and process optimizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting systems;
  Yardi experience is a plus.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills with attention to detail and formula use.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
