Global Vice President of Finance

The Global Vice President of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for global financial performance, strategic planning, and financial transformation across the organization.

This executive will provide leadership across financial planning and analysis, accounting oversight, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, working capital management, and operational finance within a multinational manufacturing environment.

A critical component of the position will involve partnering closely with IT and functional leadership to navigate complex ERP separations, establish independent financial systems, and implement standardized processes that improve financial visibility, efficiency, and scalability.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial and operational acumen with demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This individual must be equally comfortable operating strategically with executive leadership and working hands‑on with finance, IT, and manufacturing teams to solve complex business challenges.

• Provide financial guidance on capital investments, manufacturing footprint optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Support long‑term business planning and financial decision‑making across the organization.
• Play a central leadership role in the separation and transformation of the company's ERP and financial systems.
• Partner closely with IT leadership to develop and execute ERP separation strategies, implementation roadmaps, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Ensure continuity of financial reporting, accounting processes, internal controls, and business operations throughout the separation process.
• Establish scalable, independent financial systems that support the organization's long‑term strategic objectives.
• Drive standardization and automation of financial processes, reporting, and data management.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to align future‑state technology capabilities with business requirements.
