Our center’s mission is to provide specialized treatment programs for children, teens, and adults struggling with eating disorders, treating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, compulsive exercise disorder, and purging disorder.

The Therapist will be responsible for individual and group therapy for an assigned caseload.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall clinical management of assigned clients.
- Assist in identification of treatment/contract goals and completing initial psycho-social assessments.
- One weekend a month rotation for on call.
- Maintain contact with the client’s referring/outpatient therapist during stay and involve the family when appropriate.
- Complete and update treatment plans for assigned clients.
- Provide a comprehensive understanding of current behaviors and relational dynamics using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Attend weekly team meetings, share observations, and contribute to weekly schedules for assigned clients.
- Ensure proper charting and timely, accurate documentation.
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional reading.
- Function in the Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Adult and Adolescent Residential (ARP) Programs providing individual and group therapy.
- Participate in the on-call schedule.
- Follow the facility Code of Ethics and corporate compliance guidelines.
- Promote and support the center’s mission, goals, and objectives with staff.
- Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree, licensed or working toward license in Ohio, and 2+ years of experience.
Other Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a clear driving record for the last three years.
