Full-Time or Part-Time | No License Required | Training Provided

Fall into a career where your compassion makes a difference. Kingston Residence of Sylvania is hiring Resident Assistants (RAs) to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. No license or prior healthcare experience is required—we’ll provide the training you need. If you’re dependable, caring, and ready to start a rewarding career in senior care, this is your opportunity.

Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals

Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

Offer reminders for medications and help with simple routines

Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs

Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Collaborate with care team members to support individualized care plans

No license required
—training is provided

High school diploma or GED preferred

Prior caregiving or customer service experience helpful but not required

Compassionate, patient, and team-focused attitude

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
