Job Description- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis
- Accurately analyze specimens to assist in diagnosing, treating, and preventing disease
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accuracy and safety
- Adhere to strict quality control and regulatory compliance standards
- Communicate results clearly and promptly with medical and nursing staff
- Assist with maintaining documentation, test records, and inventory management
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- ASCP or AMT certification (or eligible within 6 months) required
- Current or eligible Ohio licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (if applicable)
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital or clinical lab experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
