Job Summary: As the Pharmacy Technician, you are responsible for data entry, prescription fulfillment, packaging/shipping, customer service, and maintenance of pharmacy operations. You will talk to patients, physicians, insurance companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and patient assistance programs over the phone. In this role, you help the pharmacist prepare and dispense medications, receive, store and inventory drug orders and supplies, maintain the cash drawer and ship completed orders to patients and prescriber offices.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pharmacy Technician registration or Pharmacy Intern License with Ohio Board of Pharmacy. May be hired with a Registered Pharmacy Technician with restrictions in duties and expectation of Certified License being obtained within 6 months of hire if working in Ohio.
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern License with Michigan Board of Pharmacy. May be hired with a Temporary Pharmacy Technician License (expires 1 year from receipt) with expectation of Pharmacy Technician license and/or technician certification being obtained within 6 months of hire if working in Michigan.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (either PTCB or ExCPT (NHA) exam permitted)
- Pharmacy Technician Training Program
- Pharmacy experience
