Part Time - Clinical Faculty (BSN Required)
Do you have a passion for nursing and desire to share this with others entering this critical field? Hondros College of Nursing is currently seeking a dynamic part‑time on‑site Clinical Instructor to teach within the Nursing program at our Maumee campus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Instruct students off campus at our clinical sites and/or in a lab setting.
- Promote a positive learning environment and work collaboratively to assure full instruction of the clinical component of the curriculum.
- Create a high level of student engagement by planning the student clinical experience.
- Supervise and orient students to the clinical site as well as to all applicable policies and procedures.
- Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress, providing valuable feedback.
- Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees.
- Part‑time flexible off‑site clinical‑based scheduling up to 24 hours per week (generally no Sundays or holiday scheduling)
- Competitive hourly rate based on course types and schedule, with Saturday premium pay.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Two or more years full‑time work experience as an RN (or part‑time equivalent).
- Active unencumbered State of OH RN licensure.
- Ability to provide official transcripts for each degree earned from an accredited institution.
- Current (or ability to obtain) American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
