360 Hospice in Toledo, OH is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice team. This full-time role covers 3 PM–11 PM shifts with OC rotation every 8–10 weeks and travel to patient homes in the Toledo area.
Responsibilities include patient-centered personal care, companionship, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life. CPR/BLS-certified CNAs with a valid license are preferred; travel is required.
