Full Time Hourly 30-40 Antwan Atia - Woodley Rd, Toledo, OH, US
The Toledo Clinic's Gastroenterology Department, located on Woodley Rd in Toledo, is seeking a full-time RN/Procedure Scheduler. This position will work Monday-Friday (7:30a-4:30p). An active RN license in Ohio is required.
General Summary- Schedules procedures for the physician(s). Provides front office and clinical support in the office.
- Works under the supervision of the Assistant Office Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Consistently arrives at work in appropriate/professional attire.
- Completes all tasks within established time frame.
- Adheres to all clinic policies and procedures.
- Previous surgery/procedure scheduling experience required or minimum of 2 years medical office experience along with a medical terminology course.
- Excellent organizational skills and patience required.
- Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists co-workers as needed.
- Demonstrates adaptability to expanded roles.
- Active and appropriate state RN licensure.
Preferred:
- Previous scheduling experience and clinical experience in a medical office.
