Position Summary
We are seeking friendly and professional Valet Attendants to be the welcoming face of our hotel in Toledo. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while ensuring a smooth, secure, and courteous valet experience during daytime and evening shifts. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable first and last impressions that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Primary Objective
To provide friendly, efficient, and safe valet services while ensuring the security of guest vehicles. This includes greeting guests, helping with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, managing traffic flow, and answering questions in a professional manner.
Duties And Responsibilities
- First Impression:
Warmly greet guests, assist with luggage as needed, and create a positive, professional first impression. - Details:
Perform thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage and accurately complete claim tickets. - Safety:
Safely park and retrieve vehicles, following all key handling and safety procedures. - Traffic Flow:
Efficiently manage traffic flow in the valet area to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy hours. - Keep it Clean:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area that reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence. - Timeclock:
Accurately clock in/out and report gratuities in line with company policies. - Service Delivery:
Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously, delivering personalized service to enhance guest experiences. - Arrive On Time:
Arrive punctually, dressed in uniform, and adhere to all hotel rules, policies, and safety guidelines. - Support:
Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth, efficient valet operations. - Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
