About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and strategy for a dynamic industrial environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent development to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR and administrative management to meet organizational goals within a fair and compliant working environment.
  • Lead processes and tools to attract, retain, and motivate talent aligned with corporate policies.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, data security, and compliance with local legislation.
  • Manage recruitment for managers, technicians, and supervisors, including onboarding and induction.
  • Develop and implement training plans, compensation strategies, and benefits policies.
  • Maintain strong industrial relations and act as a liaison between management, employee representatives, and employees.
  • Drive internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and labor costs.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices.
  • Support health, safety, and work condition improvements in collaboration with HSE teams.
  • Lead HR team members, set objectives, and plan departmental needs.
Special Projects (Greenfield Sites)
  • Establish HR processes and procedures for new plant setups.
  • Recruit key operational roles and oversee technical training programs.
  • Build a culture of motivation, discipline, and industrial harmony.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, including generalist responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, training, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing context.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
