Our client seeks a dynamic professional to support their HR operations across designated U.S. regions, focusing on 24/7 manufacturing environments. This role involves leading HR practices, providing day-to-day support, and fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with management to enhance employee relations, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities- Manage HR operations, including policy administration and program implementation.
- Facilitate communication between employees and managers to resolve HR issues.
- Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, recruitment, and employment status changes.
- Support compensation evaluations and department restructuring.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, and policies.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Participate in and lead associate committees and HR projects.
- 5+ years in HR, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in employee relations and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural awareness.
