Overview

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a strategic leader to oversee their human resources functions across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategy, ensure compliance, and drive organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all locations.
  • Advise senior leadership on human capital strategy, culture, and workforce risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage labor relations, including collective bargaining.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring fairness and consistency in investigations and corrective actions.
  • Lead payroll, compensation, and HRIS administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and lead annual open enrollment.
  • Participate in audits and maintain compliance with HR-related regulatory filings.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Support safety initiatives and workers’ compensation processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
    Master’s degree or SHRM-SCP/PHR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within manufacturing.
  • Expertise in employment law, labor relations, benefits, payroll, and HRIS management.
  • Strong technical proficiency with HRIS systems and experience with Paycor or similar systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FMLA, ADA, 401(k), ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, OSHA, and BWC requirements.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
