The opportunity is to deliver strategic SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions that transform logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality and effectiveness.

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; ensure solutions meet needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
• Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules.
• Design and document custom RICEF solutions and functional specifications.
• Perform testing of solutions and support development and delivery of training materials.
• Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; assimilate new knowledge.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; proficiency in technology requirements definition and analysis.
• Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
• Ability to translate requirements into effective business solutions and complete configurations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Typically, 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience with SAP EWM.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Expertise in business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation.
• Hands-on SAP system configuration experience.
• Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications.
• Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials for end users.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution/manufacturing.
