Job Description:

Keller Logistics Group is looking for a Transportation Systems Analyst to join our team, focusing on trucking and freight brokerage operations. This role covers transportation systems maintenance, optimization of tools, technical support, problem resolution, training, and implementation.

• Manages assigned projects and change requests by gathering requirements, conducting user needs analysis, designing solutions, preparing functional specs, and configuring systems.
• Investigates incidents, performs root-cause analysis, creates/maintains runbooks, and drives problem-management fixes that prevent recurrence.
• Acts as liaison among vendors, technical teams, and business users to develop and finalize test plans.
• Updates system documentation following changes or enhancements.
• Delivers workshops, trainings, and supporting materials.
• Develops and maintains project and operational documentation.
• Creates and executes test scripts; participates in post-implementation reviews for process improvement.
• Monitors timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure targets are met.
• Ensures adherence to change management and quality assurance processes.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and communicates effectively with teams and managers.
• Coordinates with vendors for enhancement requests, manages upgrade implementations, and informs business units of impacts.
• Facilitates working sessions with Transportation/Brokerage teams; maps current/future processes; writes clear BRDs/FRDs and user stories with testable criteria.
• Identifies automation and process-simplification opportunities; proposes and delivers small wins that reduce clicks, errors, and cycle time.

• 3–5 years hands-on experience administering and configuring a TMS for asset-based trucking and/or brokerage.
• Strong business analysis fundamentals: requirements elicitation, process mapping, writing functional specs, and building UAT test cases/scripts.
• Organized, deadline-driven project execution with the ability to juggle multiple requests and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication; confident delivering end-user training and producing SOPs/playbooks.

• Work is normally performed in an interior/office work environment.
• Limited travel required.
