SAP - FSCM - Senior - Consulting - Location OPEN ’s Agile Business Transformation enabled by SAP technology helps organizations address challenges in the digital era. Our SAP service line focuses on business outcomes across Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and Success Factors, aiming to improve performance and productivity.

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions and play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

• Understand stakeholders’ needs and advise on SAP system capabilities; initiate requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design solutions with SAP and non-SAP integrations
• Analytical thinking and decision-making with a broad policy perspective
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems and at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM
• Prior FSCM configuration experience and understanding of organizational hierarchy
• Experience defining customer Business Partner master for FSCM views; strong customer master management
• Setting up credit control parameters and checks; experience with collection processes
• Dispute management, automatic write-off configuration, and AR knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
• SAP certification(s), e.g., C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting or other SAP Finance certifications

• Experience in accounting or related industry domain
• Proactive approach to professional development
• Ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures
