• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for the SAP PRA module in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Manage high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management, including supervising teams and maintaining billable client charging.
• Deliver system implementations, manage special projects that enhance operational efficiency and revenue management, and engage with external clients daily.

• Experience leading SAP PRA module implementations for Upstream Oil & Gas clients, delivering within scope, time, and budget.
• Ability to collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Expert guidance on SAP PRA functionalities (division order, production accounting, regulatory compliance) and system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Participation in special projects to optimize revenue accounting processes and enhance system performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting focused on the SAP PRA module within the IS‑OIL industry solution.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting processes, production reporting, and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience developing functional specifications and system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 60+%.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• At least three full cycle implementations of the core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates or prior industry experience in accounting.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
