Opportunity

EY guides and supports clients in assessing, understanding, architecting, selecting, designing, and implementing modern solutions to run their businesses efficiently. This role focuses on Billing, Subscription Economy, Cloud, and Integration – spanning solution architecture, assessment services, project management, business and technology analysis, and testing. You will embed with client teams, provide unique business and technology perspectives, and help transform quote‑to‑cash processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
  • Manage high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
  • Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily.
  • Travel may be required based on client needs.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Experience in project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, development, testing, training, and rollout.
  • Collaboration with team members to develop methodologies, tools, and approaches that differentiate EY.
  • Broad technical knowledge of key technology and business platforms; partnership with client technology professionals and third‑party alliances.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Decision‑making ability in developing solutions for complex problems.
  • Policy modification and procedure establishment within the scope of work.
  • Sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for results.
  • Functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
To Qualify for the Role
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • 4‑6 years of experience with Zuora Billing and Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.
  • Enterprise level experience within a professional services organization or consulting/product company delivering ERP, billing, and revenue accounting systems.
  • Leadership experience in business discussions and solution architecture.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, use‑case documentation, business analysis, systems design, integration, UI design, and implementation.
  • Data analysis, conversion, migration, interface, and reporting experience.
  • Gap analysis and blueprint development experience.
  • Experience designing and building systems using configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
  • Ability to lead end‑to‑end solutions across the SDLC – workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT, cutover, and hyper‑care.
  • Strong team‑player, excellent communication skills at business and technical levels; ability to collaborate globally in a distributed team.
  • Accounting knowledge to converse effectively with finance teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Experience implementing billing solutions for B2B and B2C companies.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Zuora Revenue experience.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP or Net Suite experience.

  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards and recognition. Base salary ranges: $142,600–$261,500 (all U.S. locations) and adjusted ranges for NYC, Washington, and California.
