OverviewYou will lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area, bridging business needs with technical solutions and delivering impactful Service Now SPM implementations. As a senior consultant, your role will balance client relationship management, team leadership, and solution design.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze new technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Service Now SPM projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants.
- Guide clients through process and design workshops and facilitate requirement sessions.
- Apply industry-leading practices for Service Now SPM implementation, aligning business objectives with process and technology transformation.
- Use both waterfall and agile delivery models for planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of Service Now SPM project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, and relationship building.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Performance analytics and reporting certification.
- Competitive salary range: $102,500 - $187,900 (US); $122,900 - $213,400 for specific markets.
