• Design and manage a "one-call, one-click" transportation system tailored to consumers' eligibility, location, timing, needs, and preferences
• Develop a transportation prioritization tool to guide the equitable use of limited subsidized trip funding
• Build and implement a transportation broker system to coordinate and authorize trips for individuals in need
• Secure funding opportunities for transportation initiatives and contribute to long-term sustainability
• Assist with travel training and consumer education on using public and community-based transportation
• Represent AOoA at transportation and aging-related events across the region
• Develop and track quality measures, including customer satisfaction surveys
• Input accurate data into reporting software and ensure program compliance
• Draft regional transportation policies and contribute to coordinated plans
• Collaborate with internal staff and external stakeholders to align transportation services with community needs

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Organizational Management
• Proven ability to manage data, prioritize competing needs, and communicate clearly with consumers and partners
• Computer proficiency with strong skills in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Excellent project management and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass an MVR check
