Residential Youth Operations Manager

/ $56,500 per year / Full Time / On Call as required

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four‑year degree in social services or a related field.
• May substitute degree with high school diploma and 4 years of I/DD or multi‑system youth experience.
• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver's license that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria.
