I/DD Youth Residential Operations Manager

$56,500 per year, Full Time, On Call as required

Responsibilities- Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
- Four‑year degree in social services or a related field.
- May substitute degree with high school diploma and 4 years of I/DD or multi‑system youth experience.
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- Valid driver’s license that meets company authorized driver criteria.
