Job DescriptionThe main duties of this position include data integrity and system maintenance. This position will assist in training staff on new processes and ensuring proper usage of our various systems. This position will maintain data integrity in both our Slate CRM system and Banner. The position will also serve as a lead on certain projects and processes within the operations area.
This position plays a critical role in assisting recruitment staff and other offices with processing questions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field of study required
- Eighteen (18) months related work experience
- Good written and verbal communications required.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Critical thinking for creation of logic relative to system programming.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment that is prone to frequent changes and regular interruptions.
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to keep organized and accurate records.
