Domino’s Pizza looks for General Managers who are adaptable and self‑motivated, with a passion for customer service. Chief responsibilities include hiring and training new Team Members, implementing safety conduct procedures for delivery drivers, managing costs, and developing Team Members to perform at their full potential in a fast‑paced yet fun working environment.
General Managers are also expected to build and enhance profits by developing workable relationships with other local businesses and the community. They need to maintain and control inventories, ensuring that the quality of the product and service meets the company’s operating standards. This is a full‑time position.
Qualifications- At least one year of experience as a General Manager in a food setting.
- Be at least 18 years or older.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
